•         No Returns: Once an online course has been accessed by the user, we cannot offer a return or refund. Accessing any course content is considered as use of the service.

•         2-Day Purchase Window: If you have not accessed the course content, you may request a cancellation of your purchase within 2 days (48 hours) from the purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

•         To request a cancellation within the 2-day window, please contact our support team at info@arviendsud.com with your order details.

Physical Products:

•         No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any physical products sold through our website. All sales for physical products are final.

•         We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@arviendsud.com within 48 hours of receiving the product to address the issue.
